Apprentices
For many years we have invested heavily in training the next generation of gas, plumbing and heating engineers through our in-house apprenticeship scheme in conjunction with day release at college. The apprenticeship can take between 3-4 years. We are always interested in highly motivated school leavers who are practically minded, have good communication skills with a minimum grade of 6 in English (Language or Literature) and Maths along with 3 other subjects at grade 4 or above. I contacted the Gas Shop for the first time ever at 8am today reporting an issue with my gas boiler ,and by 1130am the engineer had been ,rectified the situation and left . I cannot praise his workmanship enough keeping me fully updated of how he would fix it and his friendly polite attitude as a whole. I didn`t catch his name but a terrific ambassador for your company which I am enormously impressed with from start to finish and would never hesitate to use again and recommend to all ..Thank you all so much .

Called to ask an engineer to come and look at our gas log burner. They sent an engineer the same day and as the fault was small they didn’t charge the full call out. What a great company 👍👍

Replaced my wood burner. Whoever installed the original did a shocking job and left the house with a real fire hazard. We had really good communication regarding problems, possible solutions and style and cost options. Arrived on time to do the work, finished on time, charged a fair price and cleaned up well. Always polite and patient. Cannot imagine a better service.
